Challenge: protecting electronic components during sea transport<\/h2>\n\n

Structural plates with sensitive electronics react even to moderate humidity. During the long container transport, there was a risk of condensation, corrosion, and mold growth \u2013 both on the goods themselves and on the wooden export crate. <\/p>\n\n

A ThoMar customer transported automated structural plates \u2013 platforms for fixtures in the quality assurance of body components \u2013 in a container from Germany to Asia. Since electronic components were integrated, the export packaging had to be reliably protected against moisture.
