De van beton gemaakte badkamers worden in de fabriek volledig uitgerust met tegels, sanitair en alle leidingaansluitingen voor de latere installatie. De tijdelijke opslag in de fabriek v\u00f3\u00f3r levering en\/of v\u00f3\u00f3r de montage van de modules, bijv. in seniorenwoningen of op de bouwplaats, kan afhankelijk van het project enkele weken tot zelfs maanden duren. Daarbij was er in het verleden sprake van weerplekken of zelfs schimmelvorming in de badkamers.   <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thomar.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/211019_loesungen_modulbau_schaden.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9031\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thomar.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/211019_loesungen_modulbau_schaden.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.thomar.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/211019_loesungen_modulbau_schaden-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.thomar.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/211019_loesungen_modulbau_schaden-64x43.jpg 64w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Afbeelding: Vochtschade aan wand en plafond van de betonmodules<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na meerdere gesprekken en een nauwkeurige analyse van de situatie stelde ThoMar OHG voor om samen met de klant een test uit te voeren met in totaal vijf prefab badkamers die met droogmiddelen zouden worden uitgerust. Bij deze toepassing lag de uitdaging enerzijds in de producteigenschappen van het beton (vochtgehalte en -afgifte in de loop van de tijd) en anderzijds in de temperatuurschommelingen (die altijd condensatie in een omsloten ruimte bevorderen), die op hun beurt de vochtafgifte van het beton tijdens de opslag be\u00efnvloedden. Vanwege de veeleisende omstandigheden viel de keuze op het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thomar.de\/nl\/droogmiddelen-shop\/containerdroogmiddel\/\">hoogwaardige droogmiddel SeaDry in de variant Blanket<\/a>. Dit werd oorspronkelijk speciaal ontwikkeld voor wekenlang gebruik in containertransport op zee en kan dienovereenkomstig grote hoeveelheden vocht opnemen.   <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thomar.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/211019_loesungen_modulbau_seadry.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9037\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thomar.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/211019_loesungen_modulbau_seadry.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.thomar.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/211019_loesungen_modulbau_seadry-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.thomar.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/211019_loesungen_modulbau_seadry-64x43.jpg 64w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Afbeelding: SeaDry container-droogmiddelen worden in de modules geplaatst.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De evaluatie na de testperiode van ruim twee maanden (september tot november) toonde een temperatuurspectrum van minus 7 tot plus 38 graden Celsius. De drie per badkamer gebruikte SeaDry Blankets namen gemiddeld in totaal ca. 9 liter water op. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Belangrijke aanwijzingen:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het gebruik van SeaDry-producten is alleen geschikt voor het verlagen van de luchtvochtigheid in een gesloten omgeving en dient niet voor de opname van water dat ongecontroleerd, bijv. in de vorm van regenwater, van buitenaf de te beschermen ruimte binnendringt. De ruimte moet zo goed mogelijk worden afgedicht en de verzadigingsgraad van de droogmiddelen moet worden gecontroleerd. Zonder deze maatregelen kan een optimale effectiviteit van de droogmiddelen en daardoor het bereiken van een niet-kritieke relatieve luchtvochtigheid niet worden gegarandeerd.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De werkingsduur van SeaDry wordt korter in tijden van sterke temperatuurschommelingen in combinatie met een vochtig klimaat (eerdere verzadiging \u2013 vervanging noodzakelijk).
