Humidity indicator window 30–50%

In the range of 30 to 50% relative humidity, the humidity indicator window enables reliable monitoring. The windows are used in closed packaging and barrier systems without having to open the products. It can be read from the outside. To do this, first screw on the window, secure the base to the packaging, and then close the indicator window again. This keeps the humidity display permanently visible while the inside of the packaging remains protected. As a quality control and assurance tool, the humidity indicator card shows whether critical humidity levels have been exceeded, so that measures such as replacing desiccants can be taken in good time. The indicator paper in the window is coated with a reactive layer that changes color as humidity rises from blue to violet to pink.
