MiniDryy®
Desiccant Strips
MiniDryy® Strip desiccant bags are manufactured on reels according to your requirements. The identical bag lengths make the product compatible with automated separators and dispensers. The desiccant chains eliminate the manual insertion process, saving labor time and achieving higher efficiency. The bags’ large absorption capacity keeps humidity low and extends the shelf life of your medications and dietary supplements. Direct contact is harmless.
Granulates
Silica Gel
The classic desiccant for the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. Absorbs up to 40% of its own weight in moisture. Optionally available with a saturation indicator as Silica Gel Orange – making moisture absorption visible from the outside without weighing.
Molecular Sieve
Adsorbent that works quickly and effectively even at very low relative humidity. Absorbed moisture from the product or residual moisture from the production process is securely enclosed. This keeps diagnostic reagents or medical devices effective and safe as on the day of their manufacture.
Activated Carbon + Silica Gel
Mixture for absorbing excess moisture and unwanted odors. Activated carbon is derived from coconut shells. The ingredients are stable and non-toxic, suitable for moisture protection and deodorization of, for example, fish oil capsules.
Grammages
Standard Grammages
The standard grammages for our MiniDryy® Strip products range between 0.25 and 10 grams. Bag dimensions and filling are optimally coordinated so that not too much space is taken up in the packaging. Procurement is carried out according to your needs.
Individual Grammages
Should our standard grammages not serve your purpose, we can realize individual fillings for you.
Housing Materials
Tyvek®
This material consists of HDPE and is extremely tear-resistant and absolutely dust-proof. It is breathable but water-repellent and allows for rapid moisture absorption. It can be used in direct contact with medical products and food.
PE-coated non-woven fabric
This housing material is dust-free and processed without adhesives or solvents. Suitable for direct product contact. Compared to Tyvek, this housing material is more economical, making it a cost-effective alternative when Tyvek is not mandatory.
Aihua Paper
A semi-transparent paper that, in combination with Silica Gel Orange as an indicator, makes it easy to read the saturation level through the packaging to replace the desiccant if necessary.

Cutting and welding technology
Ultrasonic cross seals / visible lap seal
Detection of the cross seal by the customized separating system based on the print mark. With this cross seal, a hole as an identification mark is not possible.
The back seam of this welding type consists of Visible Lap Seal.
This weld seam is only possible with Tyvek housing material.
Heat seal cross seals / fin seal
With this welding type, in addition to a print mark, a perforation is also possible to detect the cuttable area between two bags by the separating system.
These bags are manufactured with a Fin Seal back seam.
All housing materials except uncoated Tyvek are processed with this weld seam.
