TabDryy®
Desiccant Tablets
Under the product name TabDryy®, we offer desiccants in tablet form, which are made of molecular sieve as standard. The molecular sieve tablet achieves high adsorption capacity at low humidity: it is capable of limiting humidity in medical packaging and devices to below 10% RH. This effectively extends the shelf life of, for example, moisture-sensitive medications. TabDryy® desiccant tablets can be automatically added to the product to be protected via the appropriate system.
Properties
The desiccant tablets retain their effectiveness even at high temperatures. They also withstand mechanical stress and are therefore excellently integrable into an existing feeding system.

Variants
TabDryy® - Type A
Desiccant tablet made of molecular sieve.
Available in round capsule form, cylindrical form, and elongated rod form in various diameters, lengths, and thicknesses. Procurement is based on your requirements.
Also available upon request in the form of a silica gel / activated carbon tablet. In this composition, the product provides effective moisture protection as well as the binding of unwanted odors from outgassing.
TabDryy® - Type B
Desiccant tablet made of molecular sieve packaged in special uncoated PE nonwoven paper. Printing with water-based ink for added safety. Complies with USP41-NF36 <670> requirements.
Available as standard in two diameters and thicknesses; procurement is based on requirements. Custom designs available upon request.
